Right of withdrawal for consumers

You can purchase goods within 14 Dates withdrawn without justification. The period begins when you or a person named by you, who is not the carrier, have received the goods. In the case of a single order with separate deliveries, the receipt of the last goods is decisive; in the case of a delivery in several partial consignments or pieces, the receipt of the last partial consignment or piece.

For example, you can send an e-mail or a letter or use the electronic revocation function. To keep the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your declaration in time. The pattern below is voluntary.

Consequences of revocation

We will refund payments received including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered at the latest within 14 days after receipt of the declaration. The repayment is in principle made with the original means of payment, without additional fees. Extra costs of a more expensive delivery type you choose will not be refunded. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or your proof of return, depending on what happens earlier.

Please send the goods within 14 days after your declaration, return to the above address. They shall bear the direct return costs. For a loss of value you are only liable if it is due to a handling that is not necessary to check the quality, properties and function.

In the case of non-normally post-returnable items, the expected return costs shall be stated separately before any conclusion of the contract. Please pack the goods transport-proof; the absence of the original packaging alone does not exclude the revocation.

For goods actually manufactured or clearly personalized according to customer specification, the right of withdrawal may be excluded if legal requirements are met. A correct exclusion will be communicated to the offer prior to conclusion of the contract. Legal rights in case of defects remain unaffected. The legal right of consumer revocation shall not apply to purchases as an entrepreneur.
