Order process – Order packaging online
From choosing the right packaging to arranging delivery.

Select article
Search for product name, dimensions or article number. Check the sales unit and the desired quantity on the product page.
Check Cart
Check items, quantities and delivery country. Shipping costs depend, among other things, on the weight and number of packages. For bulky goods or goods without confirmed weight, an individual offer is required.
Order and payment
After activation of the shop, the actual available payment methods are displayed in the checkout. PayPal and Klarna are currently in preparation. No binding order can be placed in the preview.
Preparation and dispatch
The intended time of dispatch shall be: 1–2 Working days. In the event of missing information or an individually agreed delivery, we will coordinate the further steps with you.
Delivery received
The planned total delivery time to Germany is: 3–4 Working days from order. Public holidays, special articles or individual offers may have different deadlines.
After the purchase
Keep order information for queries. In case of a return or a defect, the pages help to revoke and to complain further.
