PACKAGING WITH PRINTING

Printed cardboard boxes

Parameters and graphics are common to the wizard and the form.

Printed cardboard boxes

Match the box to the product and shipping method. Choose a structure, look at the available surfaces and plan markings that will help you recognize your shipment.

Flap or shaped cardboard?

Flap and shaped cartons differ in the way they are folded and closed. The variants in the wizard are a starting point for talking about the design. Check access to the contents, space for securing the product and packing order. The FEFCO marking helps to clearly indicate the type of packaging.

Carton size and cardboard selection

Take into account not only the product itself, but also the insert or filling. Nominal dimensions from the preview require confirmation as internal or external dimensions. The choice of cardboard, flute and grammage depends on the weight of the contents, transport and storage method.

A print that works when folded

Place the logo and text on specific walls and then view the assembled model. Avoid placing important information on folds and closure areas. The 2D preview facilitates planning, but does not replace an approved die with production markings.

Before you start

Can I resize the FEFCO variant?

Yes. Enter your own dimensions in the wizard scope. The structure and its proportions will be checked before production.

Can you design a print inside?

The wizard provides internal surfaces. The availability of the selected technology and the cost of internal printing are determined in the quote.

Does grammage mean a specific load capacity?

NO. The suitability of a cardboard box is determined by a set of parameters, design and conditions of use. Enter the weight and type of content.
